Noe Beltran

It all began in 2010 with a single person and a vision. Despite having his daughter at the age of 17, he was adamant about providing a better life for them. When he moved from LA to Kern County, he was penniless, yet he went to any lengths to make sure he provided for his family, including knocking on doors to clean rain gutters. But Noe was an ambitious person, and shortly after, he acquired his licensure for drywall, painting, and general contracting. He was determined to be successful for his daughter and himself, and his unwavering work ethic and commitment paid off. Today, Beltran Building has a team of 12 and offers rain gutters, general construction, and solar services in the Kern County area. Noe’s story is one of hard work and perseverance. He began with nothing but a dream and eventually crafted a business that serves its community and provides employment to a dozen workers. Beltran Building is devoted to working hard and delivering the best possible service.
